Description of the Economical Split-Type Medium-Speed ​​Wire-Cut EDM Machine

1. Split-Type Control Cabinet Design

Features a standalone, floor-standing control cabinet separate from the main machine unit. This design reduces production costs and lowers the overall price compared to models with integrated cantilever screens. It is a standard economical configuration designed to offer excellent value for money, targeting export markets and small-to-medium-sized mold manufacturers.

2. Simplified Hardware Configuration

Comes standard with stepper motor drives for the X and Y axes (servo motors are not included as standard but are available as an optional upgrade). The machine utilizes a standard semi-enclosed sheet metal structure rather than a fully enclosed sealed cabin, further reducing manufacturing costs.

3. Performance Specifications Aligned with Economical Standards

◦ Maximum single-pass cutting efficiency of 165 mm²/min; surface roughness of Ra ≤ 1.0 μm after multiple passes, meeting standard mold finishing requirements.

◦ Standard capability for ±6°/50mm taper cutting, accommodating workpieces with standard angular requirements.

◦ Machining accuracy: Squareness accuracy of ≤ 0.006 mm after multiple passes; suitable for standard stamping and plastic mold production (not intended for ultra-high-precision aerospace-grade components).
